Les ventes du sous-traitant américain ont atteint 3,5 milliards de dollars pour une prévision haute de 3,3 milliards. Elles ont progressé de 35 % sur un an et de 17 % séquentiellement.

Au cours de son troisième trimestre fiscal 2010 (clos fin mai dernier), Jabil Circuit, qui fait partie des cinq premiers de la sous-traitance mondiale traditionnelle, a réalisé un chiffre d’affaires de 3,5 milliards de dollars, contre 2,6 milliards un an auparavant, et 3 milliards au précédent trimestre.

Le groupe annonce un bénéfice d’exploitation de 96,5 millions de dollars contre une perte de 7,8 M$ un an plus tôt et un bénéfice de 61,8 M$ au trimestre précédent.
Son bénéfice net a atteint 52 M$ contre une perte de 28,8 M$ un an auparavant et un bénéfice de 29,8 M$ au deuxième trimestre fiscal 2010.
Pour le trimestre en cours, Jabil prévoit un chiffre d’affaires compris entre 3,8 et 4 milliards de dollars, soit une progression séquentielle moyenne de 11,4 %.
